By accessing or using castpartygame.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Cast Party provides a daily movie and TV puzzle game for personal entertainment. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt gameplay, cheat, or access data without authorization.
Creating an account requires a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Paid subscriptions grant access to additional features such as the puzzle archive and ad-free experience. Subscription fees are billed as stated at purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may modify subscription features over time to improve the service.
All content on Cast Party—including puzzles, design, text, images, and branding—is owned by Cast Party or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute game content without written consent.
You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Site, scrape or copy content for commercial use, or harass or abuse other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Cast Party is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cast Party is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
The Site may use third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads, payment processors). We are not responsible for the policies or performance of these services.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.

Cast Party (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play Cast Party.

Cast Party is designed for players aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
