Each day brings a new puzzle. Before you guess you can see the year a film was released, or the years a show ran, along with whether it is a movie or a TV show. Examples are 1994 MOVIE, 2008-2013 TV SHOW and 2019-PRESENT TV SHOW. Below that is the masked title, with only its punctuation and spacing visible.

Example: "Back to the Future"
💡 Multi-Word Puzzle Tip:
For multi-word titles, the color coding helps you identify which word a letter belongs to!
You have 3 attempts to guess the correct title. After each guess, tile colors give you clues:
Green: Correct letter in correct position
Yellow: Letter is in the same word but wrong position
Orange: Letter exists but in a different word
Gray: Letter not in the answer
If you get stuck, reveal a cast clue. Each hint costs points, with later hints costing more. The more a hint costs, the better known the actor it names.
Lea Thompson
Christopher Lloyd
Michael J. Fox

Read the year, the movie or TV label, and the masked title before you do anything else. They often narrow the field on their own.
Count the word lengths and look at the punctuation. A colon, an apostrophe or a short leading word tells you a lot about the title.
You get three attempts. The first and second wrong guesses cost 5 points each and the third costs 10, so make every guess count.
Reveal a cast clue only when it will actually help, since each one costs points. Solving inside 30 seconds earns a bonus instead.
